We, the Banater Bio-Handel GmbH, take the protection of your personal data very seriously. We treat your personal data confidentially and in accordance with the legal data protection regulations and this privacy policy.


With this privacy policy we inform you about the nature, extent and purpose of the personal data collected, used and processed by us. Furthermore, the persons concerned are hereby informed about their rights.



Personal data
According to Art. 4 No. 1 of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), personal data refers to all information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person (hereinafter referred to as "data subject"). A natural person is considered to be identifiable   who - directly or indirectly - in particular by means of assignment to an identifier such as a name, an identifier number, a location information, an online identifier, or one or more particular characteristics such as the expression of the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity of this person.



Responsibility
The responsible person is the natural or legal person who, alone or in concert with others, decides on the purposes and means of processing personal data. We as the responsible body implement the technical and organizational measures in accordance with the  law and strive to ensure the most complete possible protection of the personal data processed via this website. We point out that nevertheless the data transmission in the Internet (for example with the communication by E-Mail) can exhibit security gaps.            A complete protection of the data from access by third parties is not possible.

Server log files
In the pure informational use of our website, we process only the personal data that your browser sends to our server automatically collects, stores and transmits. This data are for our company technically necessary to give you our website display and to ensure safety and stability. These are:

Log data is used only for statistical analysis for the purpose of operation, safety and optimization of the offer. However, we reserve the

right to retrospectively check the log data if, on the basis of concrete evidence, the legitimate suspicion of unlawful use exists. There is no merge of this data with other data sources.



Integration of services and contents of third parties
It may happen that content from third parties, such as videos from YouTube, maps from Google Maps, RSS feeds or graphics from other websites are included in this online offer. This always presupposes that the providers of this content (hereinafter referred to as "third party provider") perceive the IP address of the users. Because without the IP address, they could not send the content to the browser of the respective user. The IP address is therefore required for the presentation of this content. We endeavor to use only content whose respective providers use the IP address only for the delivery of the content. However, we have no control over this if the third parties provide the IP address e.g. save for statistical purposes. As far as we know, we will inform users about it.



Cookies
Cookies are small files that make it possible to store specific device-related information on users' access devices (PCs, smartphones, etc.). They serve for the user-friendliness of web pages and thus the users (for example storage of login data). On the other hand, they are used to collect the statistical data of the website usage and to be able to analyze it for the purpose of improving the offer. Users can influence the use of cookies. Most browsers have an option to restrict or completely prevent the storage of cookies. However, it is pointed out that the use and especially the comfort of use are limited without cookies.



Google Maps
This site uses the mapping service Google Maps via an API. Provider is Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheater Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA.


To use the features of Google Maps, it is necessary to save your IP address. This information is usually transmitted to and stored by Google on servers in the United States. The provider of this website has no influence on this data transfer.

The use of Google Maps is for the sake of an appealing presentation of our online offers and an easy findability of the places we specify on the website. This constitutes a legitimate interest within the meaning of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR. Transfer of data to third parties
Your personal data will only be given by us to third parties, insofar as this is necessary for the fulfillment of the contract, we or the third party have a legitimate interest in passing on or your consent exists. The employees of Banater Bio-Handel GmbH are obliged to maintain confidentiality with regard to personal data.


For fulfillment of the contract, we will pass on your data to the shipping company commissioned with the delivery, insofar as this is necessary for the delivery of ordered goods. In order to process payments, we provide the necessary payment data to the bank responsible for payment (Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. b GDPR).


In addition, data may be transmitted to third parties, as far as we should be obliged to do so due to legal provisions or enforceable official or court orders. (Article 6 (1) sentence 1 (c) GDPR).



Duration of stored personal data
Unless explicitly stated in this privacy statement, the data stored by us will be deleted as soon as they are no longer necessary for their purpose and deletion does not conflict with any statutory storage requirements.


Unless the data is deleted because it is required for other and legitimate purposes, its processing is restricted, i. E. the data is blocked and not processed for other purposes. This applies, for example for data that must be kept for commercial or tax reasons.
